• You will not post the same property multiple times to manipulate visibility.
• Photos submitted must be actual photos of the property being listed.
• You will not list properties located outside of Krishnagiri district.
• Listings that violate applicable laws, court orders, or government regulations are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Payments and Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid (premium) listing plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway in India.
• All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• A GST invoice will be issued to you after every successful payment.
• Subscription fees are for platform visibility services only and do not guarantee a successful property transaction.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with your bank will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Impersonate another person or pretend to own a property you do not own.
• Collect personal data of other users for purposes unrelated to genuine property transactions.
• Spam users with unsolicited commercial messages or calls.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our platform's security or server.
• Post illegal content including content that violates intellectual property rights, data privacy laws, or obscenity laws.
• Use our platform to conduct money laundering, benami transactions, or any activities illegal under Indian law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Krishnagiri Propertys is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property listings posted by users.
• The legal title, encumbrance status, or ownership of any listed property.
• The outcome of any property transaction between users of our platform.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website at all times.

Buyers are strongly advised to independently verify all property details, title documents, encumbrances, and legal status before entering any financial transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WMP Creative Agency and Krishnagiri Propertys shall not be liable for:

• Any fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of contract between buyers and sellers.
