Because Krishnagiri Propertys, operated by WMP CREATIVE AGENCY, provides immediate digital listing services, all purchases (such as premium listings or verified tags) made on the platform are final.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for any fees paid to our platform. Once a property is listed or a premium service is activated, the service is considered fully delivered.
2. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If a duplicate payment is accidentally processed due to technical errors on our website.
- If the premium service active on your account was not fulfilled due to an extended server failure.
3. Brokerage & Deal Cancellations
As we are strictly a listings provider, we are not involved in the actual property transaction. If a property deal falls through between a buyer/renter and an owner, Krishnagiri Propertys will not issue any refunds for listings or services rendered prior to the fallout.
