At Krishnagiri Propertys, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid plans, premium listings, and Pro subscriptions on our platform. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Services Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to the following paid services on krishnagiripropertys.com:

  • Premium Property Listing Plans — Paid plans that boost the visibility, priority, and duration of your individual property listings.
  • Pro User Subscription Plans — Monthly or annual subscription plans that provide enhanced features, unlimited listings, and priority support.
  • Featured Listing Add-ons — Any paid add-on services for boosting a property to featured status.

Free basic property listings are not subject to any charges and therefore are not covered under this refund policy.

2. General Refund Policy — No Refunds on Digital Services

Because Krishnagiri Propertys provides immediately activated digital listing and visibility services, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the service has been activated.

The following situations are specifically not eligible for refunds:

  • Your property listing was approved and went live on the platform.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing a plan.
  • You decided not to sell or rent the property after listing it.
  • Your property received fewer enquiries than you expected.
  • You listed the wrong property or chose the wrong plan by mistake (please contact us immediately before activation if this happens).
  • A property deal between you and a buyer/tenant fell through after the listing was published.

Property transactions happening between users are between the buyer and seller only. Krishnagiri Propertys is a listing platform and holds no liability or responsibility for the outcome of property deals.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will be considered and processed in the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If your account was charged more than once due to a payment gateway technical error, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
Payment Success but Service Not Activated: If your payment was deducted by Razorpay but the plan was not activated on your account due to a technical failure on our end, we will either activate the plan or issue a full refund.
Extended Platform Downtime: If our platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription period due to server failure on our side, a proportional refund or extension of the subscription period will be offered.
Wrongful Rejection of a Valid Listing: If your listing was incorrectly rejected by our admin team without valid reason, we will either approve your listing or issue a full plan refund.

4. Cancellation of Subscription Plans

You may cancel your Pro subscription plan at any time from your account dashboard. Please note:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Your current subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days remaining in a subscription period after cancellation.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and have not used any premium features, you may contact us to request a full refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the eligible cases above, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@krishnagiripropertys.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Invoice Number]"
  2. Include your registered email address, the invoice number (from your Transactions page), payment date, and amount paid.
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request clearly.
  4. Attach your payment screenshot or transaction ID if available.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our team:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card via Razorpay).
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
  • A refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We recommend reviewing this page before any purchase.
