The idea for Krishnagiri Propertys was born out of personal frustration. Our founder, Praveen , once tried to buy a piece of land online. He quickly realized the system was broken. High listing costs on big platforms discouraged common people from uploading their properties, meaning many genuine listings were completely hidden from online buyers.
Furthermore, local brokers often demanded exhobitant brokerage fees just to arrange a simple property visit. It became extremely difficult to find the right property without blowing the budget on middlemen.
Determined to change this, Praveen created Krishnagiri Propertys — a transparent, accessible, and highly affordable platform specifically tailored for the people of Krishnagiri district. We aim to connect buyers, sellers, and renters directly, removing unnecessary hurdles and bringing local real estate into the digital age.
